12/20/2023 0 Comments Cronometer export data![]() ![]() We recommend going to the Cronometer Settings tab > Apple Health > Toggle on Import Workouts and Active Energy as a single entry. We are led to believe these issues are caused by bugs in the third-party apps themselves and therefore we are unable to resolve them. There have been some issues with third-party apps writing into Apple Health leading to incorrect activity data being imported into users' diaries. If these steps do not resolve the problem, please contact Cronometer Support to report a bug. Reinstall the app from the App Store and reconnect your Cronometer account to Apple Health following the process here.(Not to worry! None of your data will be lost when you uninstall the app.) To uninstall the app hold your finger on the Cronometer app until a menu appears, then select ‘Delete App’.If your Apple Health data has stopped exporting into Cronometer, you can troubleshoot the issue by following these steps:Ģ) Uninstall and Reinstall Cronometer Then Reconnect to Apple Health Tap the Heart Rate entry to view what your Heart Rate data looks like throughout the day, it will take you to a chart: If you are tracking heart rate with your Apple Watch, ensure to select “Import full heart rate time series” Once you tap ‘Backfill’ please allow the loading bar to complete before exiting the app. ![]() Open Open Cronometer > Settings > Integrations section > Apple Health > Tap on the calendar icon next to Backfillįrom here you will be prompted to select the date you wish to backfill from. If you notice missing Apple Health data in your Cronometer diary you can use our manual backfill feature to retroactively sync it with your Cronometer diary. Open Cronometer > Settings > Energy Settings > Activity Level > Select ‘None’ Manually Backfill Your Apple Health Data If you are tracking activity with an Apple Watch, ensure you have set your Activity level to None on your Cronometer account, to do this: Select 'Allow' in the top right-hand corner to save permissions. You can choose to ‘Turn All Categories On’ or you can manually select what data Cronometer can read and write into Apple Health. ![]() You will be prompted to allow permissions for Cronometer to access data from Apple Health. Open Cronometer > Settings > Connect Apps & Devices > Apple Health To connect Apple Health with your Cronometer account: Connecting Your Apple Health / Apple Watch To Cronometer To link your accounts you will need to have the Cronometer mobile app installed, if you do not have the Cronometer mobile app you can download it from the App Store.Īpple has not yet enabled Apple Health for iPad so connecting with Apple Health is only available for iPhone users currently. You can also swipe left on the top header bar of your Diary to. Swipe left to delete or swipe right to unlock more functionality such as copy & paste or to show more nutrition details.
